R CSIS 160 Introduction to Local Area Networking

Description

Introduction to basic Local Area Networking covers a broad range of networking-related topics, including protocols, topologies, transmission media, and network operating systems and other topics relevant to local and wide area networks.  Students will gain a basic understanding of how to design, install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot peer-to-peer and client-server networks.
