R CSIS 65 Help Desk Fundamentals

Description

This course provides a comprehensive overview of a helpdesk operation, with a focus on critical problem-solving and communication skills. Students will use case project assignments in a hands-on PC lab and the Internet to identify, replicate and troubleshoot a variety of problems.  Students will also learn how to work individually and in teams which will prepare them for today’s team-oriented work environment.
