serum from blood sample [HAPP-L]

Hi,
   I have a couple of vials of my blood in uncitrated tubes.  How soon can
I expect to be
able to get some serum from those vials.  An hour?  Couple, three, four
hours?  Is there anything
I can do to speed up the process?  I doubt I could centrifuge them since the
blood is suppose to clot inorder to get serum.  Right?
