Consistency across sections for both adjuncts and full-timers [HAPP-L]

Mary Lou Percy's  comment about the difficulty of having adjuncts adhere to
course outlines can also apply to full-timers working together in a
multi-section course.  Having one section fill up before all others for
this reason is something you definitely want to avoid.
This leads right into the topic of a workshop that we hope to present in
Philadelphia, dealing with maintaining consistency across a multi-sectioned
course.  Please plan to attend and bring your ideas and suggestions for the
discussion section of our workshop!
