I always ask the students to think about the differences between left sided heart 
failure and right sided heart failure, too. Or, ask them what happens when you 
have both, as many people do!
In the clinical setting, "failure" always refers to CHF (which is often a later 
symptom of an MI!) So, though they are different, they are related!
