Peer mentoring [HAPP-L]

Hello all,

Last year the school psychologist and I established a mentoring program where 
juniors and seniors are paired with 7th and 8th graders who need help 
adjusting to middle school successfully.  Do any of you have any experience 
with this or know of "sites" where we can access materials regarding using 
STUDENTS as mentors to other students?  I'm especially interested in 
acquiring something in print that I can pass on to the mentors.
