med school [HAPP-L]

Folks, I have a student that is interested in pursuing an osteopathic 
medical degree (as her first choice). She would also like to apply to at 
least one allopathic medical school. 

Can any of you suggest medical schools that are strong in physical and/or 
rehabilitative medicine or are more friendly to the osteopathic approach.
