Re: Fw: medical vocabulary courses and A & P [HAPP-L]

Carmen - Isn't that a contradictory statement, or am I missing something?

Carmen:  On a personal note, I have taught both A&P and medical terminology for 11 years. I have not seen any difference in success between the students that have taken medical terminology prior to A&P and those who haven't.  What I have noticed is that either course taken first helps the students in the subsequent course.

An article appeared in the HAPS-Educator February 1999 issue
statstically comparing student success when taking a medical
terminology course before A&P. Are you aware of any new
information regarding this issue. I would appreciate any
information you may have on this matter.
Thnak you,
