I've been making online forms for my course evaluations, and I can put one up for the HAPS survey. The results get automatically formatted into an Excel spreadsheet, which saves the time of entering them by hand. I can then forward it to anyone who wants to analyze it. I just made something tentative - not "live", so you can't submit it, but when everyone decides what it should look like, I can edit it and then add the Submit button: http://www.columbia.edu/~jrg43/apreqs.html Judy Gibber
This looks great, Judy. Maybe we ought to run with this. I'd be more than happy to step aside and just become a data contributor. I wouldn't have time to do much more than receive the data and pop them into a spreadsheet anyway, and your form eliminates the need for even that.
