[HAPS-L] Metabolism or Digestive lab

I am redoing our A&P 2 labs for this spring (better late then never). We use
to do a digestive enzyme lab, but most students said they have done this lab
in a biology course. A while ago we use to do an archaic lab for metabolism
using bags that students would exhale into and then measure the CO2 to
determine BMR. We have since got rid of that equipment. 

So I am trying to find a really interesting lab for health professionals
that would be a physiology based lab for either metabolism or digestion. If
anyone has any suggestions of ones that work well and students get a lot out
of, I would appreciate it.
