Sorry, Chris -- as scientists we simply can't say that scientifically -since HAPS does not (yet) collect and use race/gender/ethnicity data for reporting purposes the same way that AAAS, AAA, and AACA do. I'll bring this up at the winter meetings: "how we might better collect data that can help us in future, precisely with a better aim of answering the age-old question: who are we? (and what are we doing here?)
