Participation in what?
in HAPS itself?

"The Bob Anthony Scholarship is designed to increase tha ability of new instructors with limited financial resources to participate in the annual meeting of HAPS where they can network with colleagues from around the country."

within the A&P classroom?

"At the annual and regional meetings, and through the HAPSEDucator, participants network with one another and discuss teaching methods that have been tried by others. In this way HAPS attempts to spread the word concerning pedagogy that is successful with various student populations. Members are exposed to new techniques that can allow them to meet the specific needs of their own student populations."

How can we best say to the National Science Foundation that HAPS “BROADENS PARTICIPATION BY UNDERREPRESENTED GROUPS”

examples are gender, ethnicity, disability, geographic location.

Give it your best shot! Please!
