[HAPS-L] using two textbooks instead of one...

Hello All,

I teach a two-semester integrated anatomy & physiology course at a community college. Lectures and labs are not linked. In other words, students may have different instructors for lecture and lab. My colleagues and I have very different ideas about how to judge a textbook. This may lead to more than one textbook being used in our A & P course. Has anyone in a similar situation used more than one book before? If so, has it worked out or has it been too problematic for students?

Just curious.
