I  have had the same problem for parts with my 13.5 liter system but did not get any information from the group.  I called the company that purchased W.E. Collins and the rep, while very nice, said that these were not available any more (~ten years) .  Good luck though and please let me know if you find a  source.

Hey all: 
 
Our Collins Nine Liter Water-Sealed Respirometer just crapped out and we are looking for replacement parts. Anyone know where to find them? I have searched all morning and found nada.
