"ah-jah-dah"  is  "agita" related to the word "agitate."  No word exists in my OLD SCHOOl dictionary - but it does exist on line in such venues as the urban dictionary, where thr preferred definition is:

agita   
         1.Heartburn or gastric distress.
         2.Giving you more aggravation than you can stand.




I know some people who try their best to do that, but at my advanced age I've learned to take it with composure. I don't get easily agitated.
