RE: [HAPS-L] Cranial nerves and memes

I got the answer “eurochrome” on a lab practical last week.  Who pneu that sometimes it really is all about what people hear.  However, I think this student really likes the eastern side of the Atlantic Ocean J

Ken,
the issue of remembering the "name" for memory tricks
is easily solved if you tell students that they fall
under "M" for memory not "P" for air.

Just about all of them are also well aware of what "amnesia" means, and most know what the prefix a- means, which should help with remembering the "mn" of mnemonic. How to get them to leave the "u" out is another question. I saw a web site for nursing students today where people were calling them "mneumonics." It's but a short step down the slippery slope from there to "pneumonics."

But you already pneu that, right?
