I think this is just a bit of vestigial creationist bufoonery. I'm sorry to see it coming out of Cleveland, Georgia (home of Cabbage Patch dolls, which have a higher I.Q. than some of our cabbage-headed legislators), but it doesn't look like Texas is taking it seriously. I don't believe they're going to start another evolution war in Austin over it.
