I read in the newspaper that the use of Fleet phospho soda has been linked to kidney failure. I have two questions.
1) How does it work in the digestive system to cause such a strong purging (diarrhea) action?
2) The newpaper article suggested that dehydration was the factor that caused kidney damage. Is this true?
