Hello, all,

The website is down.  Please do not try to access the website or any documents on the website until next Tuesday, as accessing the documents could cause damage to the website.  This includes the Forum and all "Governance" documents.

The listserv HAPS-L CAN still be used without fear.  If this situation is cleared up before next Tuesday, I'll let you'all know.

Below is part of the email I received from Affiniscape (our website host) this morning (I took out all the techie stuff):

There was a critical failure at our production facility over night which has caused sites to no longer display any images on web pages as well as uploaded files.  To prevent data overlap, all site visitors will receive an "under maintenance" message to discourage any site use during this time.  We are in the process of data recovery, of an immense amount of data, which will take multiple hours to restore.

We will give a status update at Noon (central) or as soon as we have additional information.

We appreciate your patience as we work through this issue.
