Folks,

A few years back I had one of our tech guys write a small program for me so I can test reaction times to auditory and visual stimuli. A pretty nifty little thing that even dumps the data on Excel (stored in the same directory as the program). It works for me, and it may be useful to someone else as well. No trial periods here. I tried to send it to the list, but apparently I cannot mail an *.exe file, so if anyone is interested please e-mqail me off the list and I will send it separately.

Pat,
Just curious as to when and how you used this response time program you mentioned in this 'old' post. I went to the website and a free 30 day trial was offered. I'm doing the senses this week in my physiology class and thought this might be fun to try when I was doing the reflexes. What thinks you?

Thanks,
Chet

For a long time we've used the online response time program at
http://www.explorescience.com/activities/Activity_page.cfm?ActivityID=38
, but now it seems to be gone. Does anyone know of another response time
program online that allows you to compare response to auditory and
visual stimuli?

Also, has anyone else experienced recent problems with sites no longer
working on Internet Explorer, or CD-ROMs not playing? I'm having a tough
semester, technology-wise.

Pat
