Do we still need a host for the List serve archive

The MIS at PCT says that we "...would willing to host this list if they
are still in need...."

I can't have much more to do with this since the job of HAPS-PR-walla is
about all I can tackle now. Therefore, would need another interested
party to pitch in...

Who is up for it?
