Yes, I think this is the book. I did not read it, but I can still remember a televised interview with the author. I am still amazed of the power of the strategy of "be the first" and never mind the quality because that can be fixed later...if we have to. It apparently works, but then again, maybe this also helps explain why 90% of businesses fail.
