First, it is "copyRIGHT", the right to copy. The right to write, a different matter, is also mentioned in the amended Constitution as I recall.
The best place to find public domain illustrations is Wiki. Here's a great EM looking at fenestrated endothelium in a liver sinusoid. Note the dandy blunt microvili in Disse’s space also.
