O Jupiter, how merry are my spirits!

If this is meant literally, then the Forest of Arden has already worked its magic on Rosalind and just being away from the Court has amended her earlier sadness.  Or perhaps to those in love, the world looks better and they more often smile and feel content.  But this could also be taken as a sarcastic comment, where Rosalind is saying the exact opposite of what she feels.  Sometimes editors change the line to "how weary" because they think it makes more sense.
