Overview

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator MBTI TM is a means of classifying personality preferences. The MBTI TM is based on the written works of Swiss Psychologist C.G.Jung. Jung's theory is based on the idea that people have preferences.

To illustrate this, write your name on a piece of paper, first with your preferred hand and then with the other. If you compare your feelings and impressions as you carry out these two simple tasks, I think you'll agree that you feel more comfortable and natural using your dominant hand. However, you were able to write with either hand. In a similar way, you have psychological preferences for performing certain tasks.

MBTI TM Career Report - Four Preferences

In this section, you will verify your four MBTI TM preferences using your Career Report which was mailed to you. Refer to Part 1, Summary of Your MBTI TM Results. The graph will illustrate which of two preferences is more "dominant". The degree of the preference can range from slight to very clear. Very clear means that you chose the preference consistently. Slight means that your choices were more evenly divided.
