Bridges to the Future Program Grant

(a.k.a. The Bridges Scholars Program)

Earn $4,250.00 per year while preparing for transfer to a 4-year university.

If You Are Interested in Applying to the Bridges to the Future Program, Do the Following.

• Complete an application form (click here).
• Read and sign the Bridges Scholar's Contract (click here).
• Complete an Academic Plan form (click here).
• For a Current Schedule form, click here.
• Once you have completed the above items, contact Dan Sourbeer, Palomar College Site Coordinator for the Bridges to the Future Program Grant, at dsourbeer@palomar.edu or call 760.744.1150 Extension 2775 to set up a meeting time. 
• Bring the following items:
  • Bridges Program Application
  • An unofficial copy of your transcripts (go to student services on the Palomar College web page--www.palomar.edu)
  • The signed Bridges Scholar's contract
  • An Academic Plan form
