HEALTH 100L (Lab):
This is the lab component for Health 100. Every student taking
Health 100 must be in the proper Health 100L (lab) for that class. You
will get a letter grade for Health 100. You will get a letter grade for the
Health 100L. These are separate classes.

How do I earn lab points?
Go to our fitness center on the Palomar Campus and work out! (http://www.palomar.edu/fitnesscenter)
This is what the class was designed for. One lab point equals one hour! Go to the
Wellness Center with your "pic" card, towel and appropriate workout
attire. Do not wait until the last two weeks of the semester! This
is a separate class from your health 100 and you will receive a grade. If
you have not participated in half the lab hours half way through the
semester-you will be dropped!
Additional Lab Point Opportunities (proof is required) These need to be
documented and turned into the instructor on the last day of class in an
inexpensive binder and could include:
10-Workout at your own gym, up to 10 hours maximum
5-Doctor Physical
3-Donate Blood
3-Dental Visit
3-Health Fair

2-Vision, Hearing, TB, Body Fat, CHO, Skin Cancer, STD, test
