I took up surfing with a couple of other coaches 10 years ago in San Luis Obispo. 4/3 wetsuits, big close outs, no instruction-it is a wonder any of us survived! San Diego surf is such a great change. My surf abilities can only be rated "intermediate-barely in control" category. I go out with my neighbors Jay Calip, John Leone and Marcus Shaw. Since we all live on Turnstone Rd. we have cleverly called ourselves "The Turnstone Surf Club" and go out a few times a week. Here are a few photos!
