1. Photo (150 x 150 pixels)

2. Major (undeclared is OK)

3. Classes you are taking

4. Type of work you do

5. Number of hours you work

6. Why are you taking this course online?

7. How many online courses have you taken?

· Organize groups

· Do the first project

This is worth 30 points.  I will grade these pages on August 31st – so make sure you have it done by then.
