CONSTITUTIONAL
FRAMEWORK
I. Prerequisites : Admission to the course.
II. Estimated Time : 1 - 2 Class sessions.
III. Goal of the Module : This module will provide learning
activities designed to enable the student to delineate the origins of Indian policy and the roles played by the
Articles of Confederation and the Constitution in shaping early Indian policy.
IV.
Pre-assessment : Before beginning this module, complete the
paper and pencil test.
V. Objectives : After completing this module, the student
will be able to :
A. After completing this module, the student will be able to

and English colonial policies.
B. The student will be able to delineate between the major
contribution of the Iroquois Confederacy in shaping the U.S. government.
C. The student will be able to define : "special
