It lost by one vote - German is the second most used language on the Internet - Our new Governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, a native of Austria, is fluent in German - Germans love to have fun - German words are similar to English - Be different/unique - German Bier is better - Germans make better cars - There are lots of crazy long words: you can talk for 5 minutes and only say 3 words!- If you only know one German word and that is "Bier", you are missing out. The greatest of classical and romantic music came from this one German culture. Some of the greatest minds of medicine, technology and still the arts, have come from Germany. Even now, some of the greatest technological advances are coming from the German speaking cultures. To get in touch with the past you can read the purest versions of the Bible in German. You can study and read the literature and documents of the 3rd Reich, the Nazi Party.- German is fun and very straight forward - Becoming bilingual will help me succeed in International Business - While learning the structure of a foreign language you are better able to understand the structure of your own......not to mention the impish delight you'll experience the first time you get to eavesdrop on a tourist or businessman. It doesn't matter if they're talking ceiling tiles, it'll make you smile to know they don't know you can understand them -
