- Grades are posted by your Palomar student identification number (not
your social security number).
- See the Grade
Scale Range and Semester Grade Percentages from the syllabus.
- Don't forget that in order for your Extra Credit to count, you
need to have completed all of the required assignments (two quizzes,
two midterms and final exam).
- QUIZ REMINDER: I only count two out of your three quizzes. Once you've completed ALL THREE QUIZZES, in the table below, "1st Quiz" and "2nd Quiz" are simply your two HIGHEST quiz scores, while "3rd Quiz " is your LOWEST. Therefore, "3rd Quiz" might not necessarily be the third quiz you took. The "3rd Quiz " column has a "0" point value and doesn't affect your grade.

Below is a graph showing the scores for the SECOND QUIZ. The
vertical numbers on the left are the NUMBER OF STUDENTS, the horizontal
numbers across the bottom are the SCORES FOR THE ASSIGNMENT (on a 100 point
scale). (Note: scores in the 0-10 range are students who did not take the test.)
