3) scantron # 886-E, the Mini-Essay Book (above right). During the course of the semester, you'll need three of these scantrons, one for each of the midterms and the final. These are available at the Palomar College Bookstore.
Please patronize the Palomar College Bookstore for your textbook. They have the proper edition and volume for your particular class. They can also order textbooks for you.
If for some reason you can't get the book at the college bookstore, there are some online choices for you. Be sure to order the correct book (check the volume, edition, author and title that are listed in your syllabus).
Some online booksellers, such as Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, and Borders, have huge inventories, but don't specialize in college textbooks.
Online sites that do specialize in college books are Half.com, VarsityBooks.com, eFollett.com, TextbookX.com, eCampus.com, Classbook.com, BookByte.com and StudentMarket.com. Some of these sites offer book buybacks, too. A site devoted to just buy backs is BookBuyBack.com.
A new site I just learned of, CampusBooks4Less, will search various online booksellers and give you the price of a textbook, including shipping, from some of the major book sites.
Good luck!
