Palomar RTV students making a difference. Gain real world experience.

While most college students were spending the summer at the beach Peter Bonsher and Chris Fisher were in search of Nissan Maxima and Altima owners. It was a paid three-month paid internship at Nissan Design America to collect data and produce a documentary on the driving habits, likes, dislikes and preferences of Nissan owners. Each student produced a final documentary on their findings which was presented to twenty of Nissan's engineers and designers at Nissan Design America headquarters in La Jolla, Ca. The results will also be sent to Nissan headquarters in Tokyo, Japan. Rie Kanasugi of N.D.A. ,who was behind this remarkable internship, is a Palomar College RTV Graduate. She is an N.D.A. researcher and Avid video editor.
