Assignment Description:
This exercise is a short video/film opening scene from the USA TV NETWORK Show MONK starring TONY SHALHOB. Using the dailies and script provided you are to edit this scene as if it was to be aired on broadcast television. This includes, Color correction, logging, selection of available shots to tell the story, proper use of transitions, proper selection of cut-aways and cut-ins. There are hundreds of ways to edit this scene. It is up to you as the editor to decide which editing style to use. You can tell the story any way you wish but you must include everything in the script.
