Some important information about using this page and it's contents:

The Javascripted links above:
There are two groups of links to the Facuty eServices training modules.  The first group of Tutorial links above uses JavaScript to open a browser window at a size sufficient to contain the training movie.  If JavaScript is turned off or a popup blocker is running, the JavaScript to open the browser window will fail.  In that case, use the second group of Tutorial links below.  These are normal hyperlinks, but you will need to manually open the browser window to a sufficient size to view all of the tutorial.

Viewing the training modules requires the Flash player/plugin:
These training movies are viewed with Macromedia's Flash player/plugin.  The Flash player/plugin will need to be installed on your machine to view the training modules.  If you are uncertain if you have Flash installed, go to Macromedia's test center at < http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/welcome/ > ... that page detects and displays which version, if any, of Flash player is installed.  If you need to download Flash, go to the Flash Player download area at Macromedia.com.

Setting the screen resolution to 1024 x 768 minimum:
To view all of the training presentation - including the VCR-like playback controls at the bottom of each movie - your monitor must be set to a minimum resolution of 1024 x 768.
On current Windows machines, right-click on the Desktop; select Properties from the contextual menu; in the Display Properites box, click on the Settings tab; drag the Screen Resolution slider until 1024 x 768 is indicated (a greater resolution is OK); then click on the "OK" button.
On a Mac, click on the Monitors icon on the Menu Bar and select 1024 x 768 (or greater) from the dropdown menu.

Using Win/IE's FullScreen F11 shortcut to Hide Windows' TaskBar and see the tutorial's Navigation Bar:
Especially on Windows machines, you may still need to expand your browser window to full screen mode to view all of the training movies, regardless of which group of Tutorial links you click on.
On current Windows machines, with a current version of Internet Explorer displaying one of the training Tutorials, hit the <F11> key to toggle IE to full screen mode and back.
On a Mac, click on the green Expand button.

Using the Navigation Bar:
Each of the training movies has a VCR-like set of playback controls at the bottom of the movie.

The playback indicator on the left is also a slider that can be dragged to access any point in the tutorial.
The |< and >| controls Rewind the movie and Exit the movie.
The << and >> controls Step Back and Step Forward one frame.
The > control Plays the movie, and the || control Pauses the movie.
At any time during the playback of the tutorial movie, you can use these controls to pause, rewind, or skip forward.
